Good comfort food. Not too spicy. However they have a nice variety of hot sauces you can add yourself to heat it up. It was a rainy cold day so I had the Jambalaya and a side of hush puppies. I’ve had their fried pickles also which is a nice alternative to fries. Their lemonade is also very good.

The Cajun spiced bread is SO delicious. If you like soft flavorful bread plus rice with stew, the jambalaya is for you. I generally can't handle spicy foods and was nervous it would be too much, but it was definitely doable. We learned that a lot of the stews are served only as-is (makes sense, it's gotta all cook for a long time) which means you can't really substitute anything in or out which wasn't a problem for me but good to know. The staff here was also incredibly friendly.
